Shipping Methods
All products are shipped from Akron, Ohio via United States Postal Service. Delivery Confirmation is included on all orders over $25. If your order is under $25 and you would like for it to be shipped with Delivery Confirmation for an additional 60¢, please select US Postal Service w/Delivery Confirmation as your shipping method when you are checking out. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that it has shipped and providing you with your USPS delivery confirmation number if applicable.
Lead Time
We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays, excluding holidays. We will make every attempt to ship your items on the next scheduled day, but if your order is placed on the Tuesday or Friday, it may not ship until the next shipping day.
Sales Tax
Ohio Residents must pay 7.75% State Sales Tax.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may receive a full refund, minus shipping and handling. No questions asked! To obtain your refund, email us at customerservice@scripturefirstaid.org to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This number must be clearly labeled on the return shipment. You must contact our office within 7 days of receiving your shipment. All items must be returned in their original condition. Be aware that items that are not sealed in the original bags are non-returnable. If an RMA number was not obtained and it is not clearly visible on the box, your returned shipment will be rejected.
We recommend that when shipping merchandise for return, you get a delivery confirmation number or a tracking number for your package.
